Sell In and Sell Out
- Prospecting, approach, and Needs Assessment of new Shops and Clubs with potential for selling Padel.
- Knowledge of the products of the Babolat Padel range, benefits offered to the consumer, public objective, their technologies, and sales arguments.
- Knowledge of the commercial and promotional conditions that are part of the brand strategy for Babolat Padel.
- Active participation in the pre-season sales and sells out support for the Match and Set Padel points of sale in your area and performing of the online presentations of the range.
- Staff training and support in the Babolat Padel points of sale.
- Guarantee the visibility of the brand in the physical and online sales points according to the brand's marketing strategy in their zone.
- Collection of information about our sales processes, products and promotional actions, as well as all the relevant information on the Padel market to offer our marketing department a professional and accurate feedback, which includes its improvement proposals for improvement of the current ranges or future ranges.
Promotion
- Detect, recruit, and retain Padel Coaches, whose mission will be to collaborate with the points of sale in the prescription of Babolat products and services and how to help the visibility of the brand in the places of practice where they carry out their professional activity.
- Organization and Implementation of the meetings of Babolat Tennis and Padel coaches
- Coordination and execution of Padel activations in the network of clubs and academies in their zone, with the aim of increasing the knowledge of Babolat Padel in the places of practice as well as favoring the sale out of Babolat products through the points of sale established in their area.
- Logistics management and participation in the Padel or Tennis events organized by Babolat, or because of the sponsorship relationships established by the brand in his area or in all National Area.
- Retain local Padel players.
Votre profil
Knowledge:
Business school, with a specialization in marketing, ideally or experience in a similar job.
Know-how:
- At least 1 years' experience in sales or Marketing department
- Master IT tools for create and monitoring campaigns.
- Able to create and follow an action plan.
- Be able to generate presentations in which to transmit its ideas and action plans.
- Be able to perform public interventions with conviction and professionalism, in internal or external environments.
- Be able to communicate operationally in English in the context of his/her missions.
- Passionate about Padel, with personal experience in the competition or teaching field, ideally
Inter-personal skills:
- Good relational capacity
- Ability to establish a positive relationship with his colleagues and ability to involve and motivate his/ her environment for participation in projects.
